Returns and exchanges
All returns are to be addressed to:

Victorian Goddess wants you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please let us know. If you are unhappy with your item, we will gladly replace it. If there is not a suitable replacement, we will offer you a gift card to the value of your purchase.
If you do not want a replacement, a refund will be issued once the item is returned in it's original condition within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for the postage of returned items, and we recommend using a tracking service, as Victorian Goddess are not responsible for lost items.
Refunds will be made using the same method as payment was received.
Should your item be faulty, we will refund any return postage, once the item is received and confirmed faulty.
